Accommodation
We have done a block booking for rooms in several hotels in Leuven. The blocked rooms can be booked via RoomTrust.
The conference starts on Monday morning (11 July 2016) and ends at Friday noon (15 July 2016).
We cannot reserve any beds/rooms in hostels or rooms in boarding houses. If you plan to stay in one of these, please reserve your room yourself.
Limited support for student housing has been provided by
Elsevier.
Students can apply under certain
condition for housing support together with a waiver of the
registration fee.
